FAQ
1. How do I place an order?
Go to http://thewindfairy.com.my to place your order. Add items to cart and then check out with payment via PayPal or bank transfer. It's as easy as that!

2. What if I want something you've never made?
We live for custom made! Tell us what you want, and we'll talk! Send us a sample photo of what you want, or describe it and we'll help you visualize. It's that simple.

3. How about payment & delivery?
We use POSLAJU, and charge RM10 per delivery for orders within the Peninsula. Payments can be done through bank transfer or Paypal. You will receive your orders in a nice, sturdy box which you can recycle to keep jewelery or stationery!

4. I don't live in Malaysia :'(
Fret not - you can do a PayPal transaction! It's convenient, easy and secure. Extra postage charges applies: RM20

5. How long will it take for my order to reach?
This depends on our current orders. During heavy order season (after the release of a new product) your order might take some time to be prepared, between 3 weeks to a month. If orders are in the low season, it will only take less than a week! Once your payment is confirmed and order is ready, for the PosLaju package to reach your home will only take 1-2 days depending on location.
